ข้อตกลง / AGREEMENT

1. ราคาข้างต้นเป็นราคาสำหรับงานส่วนตัวเท่านั้น งานเชิงพาณิชย์คิดเพิ่มจากปกติ x2
2. คุณสามารถยกเลิกคอมมิชชั่นได้แต่เราจะไม่คืนเงินมัดจำ 50% ที่จ่ายมาแล้ว
3. เราจะเผยแพร่ภาพคอมมิชชันทั้งหมดพร้อมลายน้ำลงในสื่อต่างๆของเรา หากไม่ต้องการให้เผยแพร่กรุณาแจ้งล่วงหน้า
4. เราขอสงวนสิทธิ์ที่จะเพิ่มราคาถ้าหากคุณต้องการงานที่มีรายละเอียดมาก
5. เราขอสงวนสิทธิ์ที่จะไม่เริ่มงานหากยังไม่ได้รับการชำระเงิน
6. ไม่อนุญาตให้คุณ... : แอบอ้างในตัวงานว่าคุณเป็นผู้วาด ,ลบลายเซ็นของเราออก ,เทรซงานโดยที่ไม่ได้ให้เครดิตที่มา [กรณีใช้เพื่อการศึกษา] ,นำงานไปแก้ไข/ดัดแปลงหรือรีทัชเองเพื่อนำไปใช้ในเชิงพาณิชย์
7. เราจะลำดับงานที่มีการโอนมัดจำก่อน
8. อย่าชำระเงินก่อนที่เราจะยันยืนคอมมิชชั่นของคุณ
9. ไม่ขอให้เราวาดสไตล์อื่น การที่คุณจ้างหมายความว่าคุณยอมรับงานวาดของเราแล้ว
10. ในการแก้ไขงานจะรับแก้เฉพาะในส่วนของขั้นตอนนั้น ๆ เท่านั้น ไม่มีการย้อนกลับไปแก้ไขขั้นตอนก่อนหน้านี้อีก
11. เราจะแจ้งให้คุณทราบหากไม่สามารถดำเนินงานต่อได้ขณะนั้น-------------------------------1. The above price is for personal use only. x2 price for commercial use.
2. Order can be dismissed but deposit will not be refunded.
3. All commission work will be published with watermark on my gallery. If you want to keep work private please inform me in advance.
4. I reserve the right to add more price if you want a very high detailed drawing.
5. I reserve the right to do not do your order if you don’t pay the deposit first.
6. You are not allowed to... : claim the ownership that you are drawer ,remove my signatures ,trace my artwork without my credit. [for case study] ,modify or retouch for commercial purpose.
7. I queue the order after obtaining the payment.
8. Don't send me payment until I have confirmed your commission.
9. Do not ask me to draw in a different style.
You commission me that mean accepting my arts.
10. I will change the modification only in same process(sketch, bass color or shadow color).
I won’t do a previous process in any case.
11. I’ll inform you if there are some problem in my process.

ข้อตกลง / AGREEMENT

1. เรามีสิทธิ์ปฏิเสธ เมื่อข้อเสนอของทางนั้นไม่น่าสนใจ หรือ เราไม่ได้สนใจงานของทางนั้น
2. เราจะเริ่มงานเมื่อเราได้เห็นทางนั้นร่างงานแล้วเท่านั้น เรารับประกันได้ว่าเราทำงานเสร็จให้ทางนั้นแน่นอน
3. เราจะไม่วาดฉากไม่ว่ากรณีใดๆสำหรับงาน Art trade ยกเว้นว่าข้อเสนอของทางนั้นจะน่าสนใจสำหรับเรา
4. รับ trade งานทุกแบบ (ตั้งแต่ จิบิ-คอมมิค) ถ้าหากข้อเสนอน่าสนใจพอ
5. ระยะเวลาในการทำงานไม่เกิน 6 เดือน/ต่องาน เราจะไม่ทำเรียงตามคิวเทรดที่มี เราจะทำงานตามคิวที่ทางนั้นส่งงานมาและทำไปพร้อมๆกัน ถ้าหากติดปัญหาอะไรให้บอกกัน และหากเราติดปัญหาเราก็จะบอกทางนั้นเช่นกัน
6. เรามีงานประจำและงานคอมมิชชั่นหลักอยู่แล้ว ขอให้ตระหนักว่าเราจะทำงานสองอย่างนี้ให้เสร็จก่อนที่จะมาทำ Art trade แต่ถ้าหากทางนั้นทำงานมาอัพเดตไว เราก็พร้อมที่จะทำงานตามทางนั้นไปเช่นกัน
7. เราจะวาดอะไรก็ได้ที่ทางนั้นอยากให้วาด และเราก็จะให้ทางนั้นวาดอะไรก็ได้ที่เราอยากให้วาดเช่นกัน (กรณีต้องการให้เราวาด NSFW เราก็อาจจะไม่ขอให้ทางนั้นวาด NSFW ให้เราคืน หากทางนั้นไม่สามารถวาดได้ ทั้งนี้ขึ้นอยู่กับข้อเสนอของทางนั้นด้วยว่าเราจะวาด NSFW ให้หรือไม่)
8. ไม่จำเป็นต้องเป็นงานวาดอย่างเดียว เรารับเทรดอะไรก็ได้ ไม่ว่าจะ งานปั้น งานโมเดล งานมือ หนังสือ เสื้อผ้า ของใช้ etc. ที่คิดออกได้เลย (ยกเว้นเงิน ถ้าจะใช้เงินเทรด กรุณาคอมมิชชั่นแทน)
กรณีที่เป็นสิ่งของเมื่อเราส่งสเก็ตช์ให้แล้ว ทางนั้นต้องส่งสิ่งของมาให้เรา เราถึงจะเริ่มงานต่อ-------------------------------1. I’ve rights to decline if I’m not interested in your offer.
2. I will start drawing while you’re sketching. Please rest assured I complete your art trade definitely.
3. I will not draw BG for Art trade in any case exclude your offer are interesting enough.
4. All kind of art trade is submit (Chibi/SD-Comic) if offer were more interesting.
5. Working period within 6 months/work. Art trade will not be on queue but will be doing according to your process at the same time If you have any problem please inform me and vice versa I’ll inform you if there are any problem in my process.
6. I’ve Full-time job and commission Please be aware of this I’ll do my own work firstly before do Art trade But if you have early processing update I’m also willing do you same.
7. I’ll draw anything you want and in reverse You’ll draw anything I want (If you want me drawing NSFW, I may not give you drawing NSFW back if you couldn’t. Depending on propsal I will draw NSFW or not)
8. Unnecessary mere artwork, I admit trading no matter it was; traditional model handmade books clothing goods etc. up to you (Except money. If you offer your money Please commission me instead.)
If your offer is an object when I send you sketch. You need posting me the parcel then I will countinue the process.

โปรโมชั่นลดสูงสุด 40% รายละเอียดมีดังนี้
1. ลด 20% สำหรับคอมมิชชั่นเชิงพาณิชย์ (ใช้ได้ทุกประเภทงาน)
2. ลด 30% สำหรับตัวละครทุกประเภท , งาน NSFW หรือจะเป็นงานคู่ HL,BL,GL ใด ๆ (ใช้ได้ทุกประเภทงานยกเว้น rough color และ full color)
3. ลด 40% สำหรับงานที่มีตัวละครจากเรื่อง Overlord หรือ hazbin hotel สามารถเป็นภาพตัวละครเดี่ยว หรือจะเป็นคู่ หรือมากกว่า 2 ขึ้นไปก็ได้ และจะนับเฉพาะ Oc/canon หรือ canon/canon เท่านั้น (oc/oc ไม่นับ) (ใช้ได้ทุกประเภทงานยกเว้น full color)ข้อตกลง
- 1 คนสามารถจองกี่คิวก็ได้ (1 คิว = 1 งาน) หากยังคิดบรีฟไม่ออกสามารถมัดจำเพื่อจองคิวได้ ไม่มีกำหนดระยะเวลาการใช้ สามารถจองคิวไว้ตอนนี้และใช้เมื่อไหร่ก็ได้ที่สะดวก (มัดจำ 300 บาท/1 งาน)
- งานที่มัดจำแล้วแต่ยังไม่ได้บรีฟ จะไปอยู่ที่ waiting list ก่อน และจะเข้าคิวหลังจากได้รับบรีฟ และการชำระเงิน (50% / เต็มจำนวน) เรียบร้อยแล้วเท่านั้น
- ความรวดเร็วของงานขึ้นอยู่กับสเกลงาน
- รับเรื่อย ๆ จนกว่าจะหมดช่วงเวลา
- เริ่มคิวแรกวันที่ 2 มีนาคม พ.ศ. 2568

The promotion offers up to 40% discount with details as follows:20% discount for commercial work (applicable to all types of work).
30% discount for all character types, NSFW works, or any HL, BL, GL pairings (applicable to all types of work except rough color and full color).
40% discount for works featuring characters from Overlord or Hazbin Hotel. It can be a single character or a pair, or more than 2 characters, counting only OC/canon or canon/canon (OC/OC not included) (applicable to all types of work except full color).Agreement- Individuals can reserve as many queues as they want (1 queue = 1 work). If unsure about the brief, a deposit can be made to reserve the queue. There is no time limit for usage. Queues can be reserved now and used whenever convenient (Deposit 10 USD/1 work).
- Works with deposits but no briefs yet will be placed on the waiting list first and will enter the queue after receiving the brief and completing payment (50%/full amount).
- Work speed depends on the scale of the work.
- First queue starts on 2 March 2025
